RAW Artists Inc. is the world’s largest independent arts organization. With a mission is to provide tools, resources, exposure, and education for independent artists everywhere. RAW was upstarted with zero investment or corporate sponsors and grown into a multi-million dollar, Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company (2019), with licenses in five countries around the world. At its peak, RAW’s team consisted of 65 employees. Heidi hired 200 people over eleven years and developed all systems, training materials, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Heidi procured venue contracts in over 100 cities across the globe as well as cultivating national partnerships and relationships with press, vendors, and industry professionals in the field. During her tenure, she also consulted and worked with thousands of creative entrepreneurs in various mediums. FOUND Agency is a subsidiary of RAW Artists Inc. FOUND Agency works exclusively with artists within the RAW organization and corporate clients in need of creative projects like murals, beauty services, photography, or entertainment booking. FOUND plays matchmaker with artists and commercial clients and manages each creative project from start to finish.
FOUND emerged organically as the corporate world showed demand for artists. FOUND Agency has brokered and completed projects all over the united states with murals being the most popular service. FOUND Agency has has worked with hotels, commercial developers, retailers, restaurants, and even an NFL Team.
Project Ethos was Heidi’s first “grown-up” business (though she technically founded a handful of others dating back to the time she was 11 years old). What started as a fashion, music, and art event for herself and her creative friends with a unique crowdfunded method, later grew to a larger establishment. Over the course of three years, Heidi grew the bi-annual show to a 2,500 person, celebrity-attended, red carpet event where the likes of Colbie Callait, OneRepublic, and Andy Grammar graced the stages. The show was heavily fashion-focused and later showed brands like Nicole Miller, Hale Bob, and Frederick’s of Hollywood.
She left the company to my partner in 2008. The show continued to run until 2015.
During her tenure at Project Ethos, she devised the show format, theatrical openings, thematic decor, event graphics and managed over 35 young independent contractors from age 20-23.
HALuerra is an umbrella LLC that has hosted various creative projects over the years. More recently, it’s been refined as the entity behind the book, The Work of Art, speaking engagements, consulting, as well as investments.

Once you’ve mastered level one, you’re ready for level two. Level two is harder. It might take you a few attempts to pass it, and when you do, here comes level three.
